Approximately 30 acres, there is only about 1 acre of open ground on this piece, which is a good place for a feeder. The rest is timber and brush. Two major trails cross this property, although deer can and will be anywhere, it would be best to stand hunt but you could still hunt if you are slow and quiet. It has one stream running through it. Last year 1 bowhunter harvested a 9 pointer that scored in the 130’s.
As a hunting guide and outfitter, I am very proud of the fact that of all the clients, friends, and family members I have guided over the years, they ALL have either passed up shots, missed or harvested deer on my managed and protected properties. I have a 100% shooting opportunity record! I started guiding professionally in the late 80’s and as far as I know I was the 1st full time, professional native whitetail outfitter in Ohio. So not trying to blow my own horn, I feel the need to stress my track record as a way of saying I know what I am doing when managing property to produce deer. I know where to place stands to harvest those deer, and this knowledge and experience goes with these leases.
